ADULT SOFTBALL LEAGUES

Ages 18 & up
No Partial Payments will be accepted. A Resident team is defined as having a roster with a minimum of 51% of its players residing or working for a business/company within the Addison Park District boundaries (no exceptions). Proof of residency is required. Additional rules and conditions apply.

When registering, you will need:

• Full Payment
• Typed, completed roster
(including names, addresses, phone numbers and signatures)
• Addison resident I.D.’s - NO EXCEPTIONS

You will not be able to register without these three criteria. Any player on that roster that does not have an I.D. when registering will be considered a non-resident.

Additional Guidelines:

• Roster minimum is 15; maximum is 21.
• No phone registration is allowed.
• Each fee includes a $50 forfeit deposit. Each forfeit is a $25 penalty.

Two forfeits and your team is ejected from the league with no refund. The $50 deposit is refundable depending on how many forfeits your team had during the season.

Fee: $450 R/$550 NR + $50 forfeit deposit

VOLLEYBALL LEAGUES

The Addison Park District is offering a co-rec volleyball league this summer. Teams have a 10-game schedule with the top four teams making the playoffs. Awards will be given to league champions & playoff winners.

Ages: 18+
Location: Centennial Rec Center
Team Fee: $400 R/ $500 NR

VOLLEYBALL OPEN GYM

Come every week to enjoy this new volleyball open gym program! Bring your friends and jump into a game. There is a $2.50 entry fee at the door. Must be 18 & older to play.
