Adult Weight Training

Lifting Weights

Women on Weights - W.O.W.

Ages 13 & Up
National weight training program designed just for women by women personal trainers; 1-hour two times a week for six weeks. Workout and socialize with other women to learn how to properly lose weight AND inches by lifting weights without adding bulk.

NOTE: Child care is available.
