Jumping Gymsters

This class will have you jumping and marching as we will exercise and play all sorts of action games such as color tag, four corners and duck, duck, goose. We will also have tricycle races and scooter races. Enjoy this organized gym activity class for your little one to get moving.

Girls' Volleyball

Join Frank Capuani, AGSP volleyball coach, as he teaches you the basic fundamentals of volleyball. Prepare for your future as a volleyball star! Geared toward girls going into third or fourth grade.

An intramural sports program offered as an introductory athletic experience. Experience fun, team play and sportsmanship. Play sports such as basketball, soccer and floor hockey.

Family Pickleball

Pickleball is a sport similar to badminton and tennis. It is played on a court the size of a badminton court with a paddle and plastic ball. Equipment provided. An instructor will be on site to get you started.

World of Sports

We have found this exciting class to be just what you need to introduce your child to the world of sports. Play a different sport each week including basketball, soccer, football, T-ball and more. Learn basic rules for each sport and play a fun game at the end of class.
