Executive Administrative Assistant

Graduate from high school and/or business school, some college preferred. Demonstrated success of 2 to 5 years office management responsibility.

Serves as sectretary to the Executive Director and Board of Commissioners assisting with overall operation of the Park District, including work of a confidential nature. Supervises staff of Administrative Assistants and clerks.

Salary Range: $36-48K

Before and Afterschool care instructor (part-time)
(Hiring for Fall)

Hours: Monday through Friday from 6:45 - 9 am and/or 2:45pm-6:15pm
Pay Rate: $8.50-9.50/hr. depending upon experience

Must have valid driver's license. Driver's must be 21 years and older.
Previous experience working with school-age children preferred.
